We are here to help and offer flexibility where we can to suit you.

NB Children must be booked in for a Minimum of 2 Sessions Per week

For children claiming NEGs:

2 & 3 year olds: At present, the government provides 15 hours per week (term time only- 38 weeks per year) for all 3 year olds and qualifying two year olds. These payments from government are for care fees only, so meals and extras, such a twice weekly PE sessions, are payable. Extra hours are also payable, should your child use more than these 15 hours.

From September 2017, NEGs will cover 30 hours per week for all 3 year olds, whose parents are working more than 16 hours per week. We, therefore, expect to be extremely busy in the pre-school room and we urge new parents to book places as soon as possible and existing parents to let us know if they want to increase their child's hours to take advantage of these payments.

All other children: session fees include meals, snacks, baby milk and nappies (if required).

Morning session - mid-morning snack between 10am-11am and a hot freshly prepared lunch at 12pm

Afternoon session - snack between 2pm-3pm and a 'High Tea' at 4pm

All food is freshly prepared from scratch within our 5 star rated kitchen on site.

We do ask that parents supply nappy cream and milk bottles, where appropriate.

Fees are billed monthly in advance and are calculated on the basis of the nursery being open for 50 weeks a year as follows: fee = weekly fee x 50/12. Term time fees are calculated using 38 weeks per year and are payable every month, including August when your child is not due in to nursery. Fees are due by the 1st of each month.

We are here to help and offer flexibility where we can suit you and where we can help we will. Extra sessions can be booked where we have availability; every effort will be made to cater for your needs. Additional hours outside of the session times will be charged £5 per hour and session swops are counted as extra sessions. Space in the Nursery is extremely scarce and the more notice we receive for additional hours, the more easily we can accommodate them.
