Our Rooms
Five dedicated rooms, grouped by stage of development rather than strict birthdays, so every child is somewhere that fits them.
The nursery provides age-appropriate care and early years education from infancy through to school readiness, with children grouped across five dedicated rooms according to their stage of development. This structure supports smooth transitions as children grow, ensuring every age group benefits from suitable routines, resources, learning opportunities and staff interaction tailored to their individual needs.

Ages below are a guide. We move children when they are ready, not on their birthday, and we always talk it through with you first.
Baby Room
A calm, nurturing and secure environment focused on early attachment, sensory exploration and individual care routines.
Babies settle best when the adults around them are familiar and consistent, so your baby's key person leads their care and keeps you closely in touch through Famly.
Pre-Toddlers
Supporting early independence, communication, movement and confidence through carefully planned play and familiar routines.

This is the stage where children are on the move and finding their words. The room is set up to encourage both, with plenty of space to walk, climb and explore.
Toddlers
Encouraging curiosity, language development, social interaction and increasing self-help skills.

Toddlers are busy, sociable and full of questions. Our practitioners follow their interests and build activities around them, rather than the other way round.
Rising 3's
A more structured early learning environment that supports growing independence, confidence and readiness for the Pre-School stage.

Routines become a little more structured here, which helps children feel secure as they take on more for themselves.
Preschool
A focus on school readiness, early literacy and numeracy, social confidence and independence.

Our Pre-School room prepares children for the move to school, building the confidence, independence and early skills they will need. We work with local schools to make the transition as smooth as possible.
